01 The ask
Pressroom roasted 11 coffees but every bag looked different, and regulars kept asking which one they bought last time.
02 What I made
I built a black bag with a big origin number, a colour stripe per roast and a menu board that uses the same numbers.
03 What changed
Retail bag sales doubled in six months, and the team now reorders bags from one print file.
