01 The ask
Loop Cycles fixed bikes well but posted twice a year. Most new customers walked past by chance.
02 What I made
I made a kit of 12 post templates in orange and blue, a before-and-after format and 30 launch posts written in the owners' voice.
03 What changed
Booked repairs rose 40% in two months, and the shop now posts three times a week in about ten minutes each.
